Andrea Talamona (40), from Germany, preferred our hospital for Weight Loss Surgery. Our dear patient had been struggling with obesity for a long time, and despite her attempts, she did not manage to lose her excess weight.
Upon her arrival at our hospital, Mrs. Talamona was examined by our Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Specialist, Dr. Mustafa Onder Dolap. After the necessary tests were conducted, our patient decided to undergo Sleeve Gastrectomy.
Preparations for the surgery were completed, and Mrs. Talamona underwent examinations by Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Psychiatry, Nutrition and Dietetics Specialists. Following endoscopic examination, blood tests, and radiological examinations (including abdominal ultrasound and chest X-ray), it was determined that there were no impediments for her to undergo the surgery. Mrs. Talamona was discharged from our hospital in good health after 4 nights of stay for post-surgery monitoring purposes.
